We are seeking a highly skilled and health-conscious chef to join a culinary-savvy family of four with eclectic tastes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting innovative fusion dishes, drawing inspiration from diverse cuisines such as Peruvian and Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, Japanese…

The family desires a chef who can prepare primarily vegetable-focused, flavour-rich meals with a creative touch. A keen interest in researching and experimenting with new dishes is essential, as the family continually seeks unique and intriguing flavours.

Meals should be presented as small plates, featuring a mix of hot and cold dishes that include 3 inventive vegetable dishes, a protein dish, and a carbohydrate dish. The chef should be adept at rotating ingredients to keep meals fresh and engaging.

 A solid understanding of nutrition and holistic wellness is crucial. Familiarity with Asian flavours is a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and open to travel, as well as capable of working effectively alongside the household's staff team.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen, grocery shopping, procurement, and submitting monthly expenses via Excel.

This chef position is based in Central London and is a live-out role offering a competitive salary, which will be disclosed during the interview process. The work schedule consists of 1 week on and 1 week off in rotation with the other family chef.
