Role and Responsibilities:
As a Traveling Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:
? Leading and supervising a housekeeping team of 5
? Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including the house, garden, garages, staff areas, and pool
? Managing laundry, clothing, and footwear care
? Caring for and maintaining furniture, artwork, collectibles, and household items
? Handling waste management and recycling tasks
? Maintaining household essentials and cleaning supplies
? Creating a welcoming atmosphere with ambient lighting and decor
? Preparing for and assisting with guest arrivals and departures
? Running errands and shopping as needed
? Securing the property, managing alarms, and overseeing maintenance and security during family absences
? Preparing light meals and snacks in the absence of the chef
? Assisting with childcare and serving as needed
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
? Prior hands-on experience in formal households and managerial experience
? Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability
? Strong communication, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving skills
? A valid driving license (preferred)
? Willingness and ability to travel with the family
? Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
