Private Chefs: London’s Greatest Sushi
Irving Scott’s founders eat what they preach, that’s why for Co-founder Adam Irving’s birthday he hired Private Chef Yas Ouchi, Private Japanese Chef extraordinaire to go round to his West London home and cook for a group of very hungry twenty-somethings.
Yas works for the world-renowned Nobu in Mayfair but can also be hired through Irving Scott for private events. His menus can be adapted for the occasion but we have to say we think sushi is the way to go. Guests mentioned that it was the best sushi they had ever eaten and the freshness of the fish made all the difference, before coming to cook Yas frequented specialist shops and the fish market to get the necessary ingredients.
