PRIVATE ASSISTANT & LIFESTYLE MANAGER

Seeking an exceptional Private Assistant & Lifestyle Manager to support a busy professional household. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives on autonomy, excellence, and long-term commitment.

THE ROLE

Working independently from your home office and at times from the client's residence, you'll manage all aspects of personal administration, lifestyle coordination, and household operations. You'll be proactive, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise, allowing your clients to focus on what matters most.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree-qualified with 10+ years of private PA/lifestyle management experience
• Corporate background with recent private capacity experience
• Exceptional at details, follow-through, and completion
• Naturally calm, discreet, and highly trustworthy
• Articulate communicator who adapts style to situation
• Self-directed with ability to take ownership and make decisions
• Proven track record of 4+ years in previous roles
• Seeking long-term commitment 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactive planning and calendar management
• All personal administration (insurance, contracts, renewals, loyalty programs)
• Travel arrangements and lifestyle coordination
• Research, analysis, and recommendations
• Vendor management and service provider coordination
• Financial reconciliations and invoice management
• IT troubleshooting and technology optimization
• Point of contact for personal matters with professional boundaries

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

? Established local resident 
? Valid driver's license 
? Degree in Law, Finance, Property Management, or related field
? Native English level speaker
? Fully equipped home office
? Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
? Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
