An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced live-in housekeeper or couple to join a distinguished family at their stunning new luxury villa in Ibiza. The Property

Located in the prestigious Vista Alegre gated community, this brand-new 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom villa offers:

• Direct access to the sea in an idyllic and secure location
• 20 minutes from Ibiza Airport and 25 minutes to Ibiza Town
• Large swimming pool and fully equipped gym
• Four spacious external terraces with limited garden areas (90% paved surfaces)

The Family

The family consists of a couple and their two adult children. The villa will be occupied approximately 20 weeks per year, with most time being just the couple. Occasional visits from extended family or friends for long weekends are expected, with the property at full capacity for approximately 2 weeks annually.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional individual or couple with:

• Extensive experience in live-in domestic positions, particularly within high-net-worth or luxury households
• Demonstrable loyalty and longevity in previous roles (minimum 3–5 years with previous employers preferred)
• Impeccable references from previous employers
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional demeanor
• Flexibility and adaptability, particularly during peak occupancy periods
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently during the family's absence
• Valid driver's license

Working Pattern

This position offers an exceptional work-life balance:

• Property vacant: approximately 34 weeks per year (property management duties only)
• Couple only in residence: approximately 12 weeks per year (standard duties)
• Family of four: approximately 4 weeks per year
• Property at capacity with guests: approximately 2 weeks per year (additional temporary staff provided during these periods)

Hours will comply fully with Spanish employment law, with flexibility required during guest periods (maximum 4 weeks annually). Additional housekeeping or cooking support will be provided when the property is at full capacity.
