A ski chalet is only as good as its staff. The best ones have a chef who can produce a proper dinner after a long day on the slopes, a host who keeps everything running, and housekeepers who turn rooms around between guests without anyone noticing.
We recruit for chalets across the Alps — Verbier, Courchevel, Méribel, Val d'Isère, and Zermatt. Our candidates know the seasonal rhythm, the guest expectations, and the reality of working a winter season in the mountains.
Most chalet positions run from December to April. We start recruiting in late summer, so if you're planning your season, get in touch early. The best chalet chefs and hosts are booked months ahead.
