While many domestic couple positions are live-in, we can arrange live-out couples for families preferring this arrangement. Live-in positions often provide better value and continuity of service.

Domestic couples require private accommodation, ideally a self-contained flat or separate wing with bedroom, bathroom, and living space. Some positions may include a small kitchen or kitchenette.

We carefully vet not only individual skills but also working compatibility. Many of our couples have worked together previously, and we assess communication, coordination, and mutual respect during the selection process.

Combined salaries for domestic couples range from £55,000 to £120,000 per annum, depending on the skill combination and experience level. Live-in positions include accommodation. This often represents better value than hiring two separate individuals.

We assess your household needs and identify the ideal skill combination — whether butler/housekeeper, chef/housekeeper, or another pairing. We then present couples with proven working track records together, arrange property visits, and coordinate extended trial periods.

Our replacement guarantee covers the placement. If one partner doesn't meet expectations, we work with the family to find a resolution — whether replacing one or both members. We also provide ongoing mediation and support throughout the placement.
