The Property
Located in a prestigious gated community, this substantial newly built villa offers:
- An idyllic, secure coastal location
- Within easy reach of the airport and Spain Town
- Large swimming pool and fully equipped gym
- Four spacious external terraces with limited garden areas (90% paved surfaces)
The Family
The family consists of a couple and their two adult children. For much of the family's time in residence it is just the couple. Occasional visits from extended family or friends for long weekends are expected, with the property at full capacity for approximately 2 weeks annually.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an exceptional individual or couple with:
- Extensive experience in live-in domestic positions, particularly within high-net-worth or luxury households
- Demonstrable loyalty and longevity in previous roles (minimum 3–5 years with previous employers preferred)
- Impeccable references from previous employers
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility and adaptability, particularly during peak occupancy periods
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently during the family's absence
- Valid driver's license
Working Pattern
This position offers an exceptional work-life balance:
- When the family is away, the focus shifts to property management and upkeep
- Couple in residence: standard housekeeping duties
- Family of four: approximately 4 weeks per year
- Property at capacity with guests: approximately 2 weeks per year (additional temporary staff provided during these periods)
Hours will comply fully with Spanish employment law, with flexibility required during guest periods (maximum 4 weeks annually). Additional housekeeping or cooking support will be provided when the property is at full capacity.
