Private PA / Chief of Staff — International

An internationally prominent UHNW entrepreneur is seeking a Private PA and Chief of Staff to serve as the operational linchpin of his complex personal and professional life. The principal maintains residences in Mayfair, New York, and Mustique, offices in London and Singapore, and a 50-metre sailing yacht that cruises the Caribbean in winter and the Mediterranean in summer. This is a role of extraordinary breadth that demands someone who can operate seamlessly at the intersection of business, lifestyle, and philanthropy.

The principal is in his mid-fifties, divorced, with two adult children. He is charismatic, demanding, and deeply loyal to staff who perform at his level. His days are structured around back-to-back meetings, international calls, philanthropic commitments, and a social calendar that spans gallery openings, political dinners, and sporting events. He expects his PA to anticipate needs before they arise and to execute complex logistics without error or fuss.

Responsibilities span comprehensive diary and travel management (including private aviation and multi-destination international itineraries), coordination of a household staff team of fifteen across three residences, management of the principal's personal financial administration in liaison with his family office, coordination of philanthropic commitments and charitable event attendance, management of all personal correspondence, and serving as the single point of contact for all domestic and lifestyle matters.

This is a role for an exceptional individual — someone who combines the organisational rigour of a management consultant with the discretion of a private banker and the cultural fluency of a seasoned traveller.
