PA / Multi-Property Manager — London

An internationally prominent family with deep roots in the Middle East and significant business interests across Europe requires a seasoned PA and Property Manager to oversee their London property portfolio and serve as the family's primary operational representative in the UK. The portfolio comprises a principal residence in Belgravia (a Grade II listed townhouse across six floors), a pied-à-terre in Marylebone, a country house in the Cotswolds, and a recently acquired lateral apartment in Knightsbridge currently undergoing a full interior redesign by a leading London studio. This is a role of genuine breadth and responsibility.

The principal — a quietly influential figure in international finance — divides his time between London, Beirut, and Geneva. His wife and teenage daughter are London-based full-time. The household employs dedicated staff at each property, including housekeepers, a driver, and a part-time chef, but there has been no single point of coordination until now. The family recognises the need for a capable, authoritative individual to bring structure, efficiency, and proactive oversight to their domestic operations, and this role has been created specifically to fill that gap.

Your responsibilities will span two distinct domains. As Property Manager, you will conduct regular inspections of all four properties, manage relationships with property management companies and tradespeople, oversee the Knightsbridge renovation (liaising with architects, contractors, and interior designers on the family's behalf), manage household budgets and expenditure reporting, ensure insurance and compliance documentation is current, and handle all property-related emergencies. As PA to the principal, you will manage his London diary, coordinate complex international travel arrangements (often at short notice), handle confidential personal correspondence, liaise with the family office on UK-related matters, and manage relationships with the principal's London-based professional advisors — solicitors, accountants, and private bankers.

We are looking for someone who combines the organisational rigour of a senior EA with the practical knowledge of a property professional. You are the kind of person who can negotiate a contractor's quote in the morning, draft a polished memo to the family office after lunch, and troubleshoot a boiler failure at the country house before close of business — all without breaking a sweat. Discretion is paramount; the family is intensely private.
