Private PA / Lifestyle Manager — Dubai

One of Dubai's most prominent UHNW families is seeking a highly capable Private PA and Lifestyle Manager to orchestrate the seamless running of their expansive household across three residences — a waterfront villa on Palm Jumeirah, a penthouse apartment in Downtown, and a country estate in the English Home Counties. This is a role for someone who operates with the precision of an executive assistant and the discretion of a private banker, managing everything from complex multi-timezone travel itineraries to the procurement of a rare vintage for a private dinner.

The principal is a second-generation business leader with interests in real estate, hospitality, and philanthropy. His wife is actively involved in charitable foundations and the arts. Together they have three children — two at university abroad and one at a prestigious Dubai international school. The household employs a full complement of staff including a private chef, two housekeepers, a nanny, a chauffeur, and a property manager. Your role is to sit above these functions, ensuring the household runs as a cohesive unit and the principals' personal and social calendars are managed with flawless attention to detail.

On any given day, you might be coordinating a last-minute private jet charter to London, liaising with a Michelin-starred chef for an intimate dinner party of 20, managing the family's annual yacht charter in the Mediterranean, handling confidential correspondence, or briefing household staff on an upcoming family gathering. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee household budgets, coordinate with the family office on personal expenditure, and serve as the single point of contact for all lifestyle-related matters. International travel with the family — typically 6-8 weeks per year — is expected.
