Both Paloma and Adam are truly caring for both the client and the staff and that shows.
This is especially important when clients and staff are speaking of them in high regards and that usually is a great sign because it shows that the role is promising and that oncv again i have made a good choice in working with them.

Some time ago I was recruiting for a household butler for my principal and we contacted a number of agencies. We instructed two agencies, Irving Scott was one of them, and within 6 weeks we had taken on a wonderful butler who was perfect for the role. Around 5 months into the job Angelo had to go back home to his country for a period of time which meant we were without a butler again. Despite the period of time that had passed, Paloma was incredibly helpful. She helped us to find a temporary replacement until Angelo was able to return to his role. I am a private chef and my experience with Irving Scott and Paloma Irving in particular has been excellent.  Irving Scott have placed me in two roles, one was a long term temporary role and the other a permanent position.  Both roles were frankly the best clients and jobs that I have had (as well my current employer)  to date. Paloma Irving was the agent that placed me in these jobs and she was both transparent and honest about the requirements of the roles. No stone was left unturned. I am very grateful for the time and dedication that Paloma gave me, she genuinely cares about her candidates well-being and I have to say that she also cares about ensuring her clients get top candidates as I have met other employees in these two roles that she placed with these families and they are true professionals.
