Security & Logistics Manager — London / Travel

A UHNW family with residences in Chelsea, Gstaad, and the Caribbean requires a Security and Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of the family's personal security and complex travel arrangements. This is a senior, strategic role that sits at the intersection of close protection, risk management, and high-level logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have progressed beyond frontline CPO work into security management while retaining the operational readiness to step into a protective role when required.

The principal is a globally recognised technology entrepreneur with a high media profile. His wife and three school-age children are based primarily in London. The family employs a residential security team of two at the Chelsea property, and your role is to manage this team, coordinate security across all three residences, and personally accompany the principal during higher-risk international travel.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the family's comprehensive security plan across all properties and travel, managing the London residential security team (rotas, training, performance), conducting threat and risk assessments for all travel and public appearances, coordinating with external security consultants and local law enforcement, managing all family travel logistics for international trips including private aviation coordination, and maintaining secure communications protocols.
