The principal's wardrobe alone includes pieces by Chanel, Dior, Valentino, and several London-based couturiers, alongside a collection of antique lace and embroidered linens that have been in the family for generations. This is not a general housekeeping role — it is a specialist position for someone whose expertise in fabric care is genuinely exceptional.

The household comprises a couple and their adult daughter. The wife is a prominent figure in London's fashion world and expects her clothing to be maintained to the standards of a couture atelier. The dedicated laundry suite is equipped with a Miele Professional washer and dryer, a Miele rotary iron, a professional steam press, and a hand-pressing station with specialist irons for delicate work.
