
A UHNW family with a portfolio of four luxury properties across the Mediterranean — a 15-bedroom villa in Saint-Tropez, a renovated masseria in Sardinia, an apartment in Monaco, and a chalet in Verbier — requires a dynamic, multilingual Estate Manager to oversee the seamless operation of all properties. This is a role of significant scope for an experienced professional who thrives on complexity and travel.
The principals are a French-Italian couple with interests in fashion, yachting, and fine art. They move between properties seasonally and expect each residence to be immaculately prepared and fully staffed ahead of every arrival. The combined household team across all properties numbers approximately twenty, including housekeepers, gardeners, a private chef, pool technicians, and security personnel.
Core responsibilities include regular inspections and operational oversight of all four properties, management of renovation projects (current pipeline exceeds €2 million), recruitment, training, and performance management of all household staff, budget management and monthly reporting to the family office in Geneva, and management of insurance, compliance, and security protocols across all jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate combines the organisational rigour of a property director with the cultural fluency to operate seamlessly across France, Italy, Monaco, and Switzerland. Fluent French and English are essential; Italian is highly desirable.
