Your New Role:
As our dedicated Housekeeper Manager, you will play a critical part in the upkeep and smooth running of two luxurious villas. From the immaculate maintenance of the interiors to coordinating enhancements, your role is to ensure excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the pristine appearance and functionality of two properties through regular cleaning and upkeep.
- Skilfully manage contractors and oversee repairs.
- Effectively handle inventory, procurement of supplies, and shopping tasks to ensure all household needs are met.
- Execute daily errands and respond to the principals’ requests with utmost discretion.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and manage additional staff during occupancy.
- Guarantee the security and safety of the homes at all times.
- Provide attentive care for two cherished small dogs when the principals are in residence
Flexibility for Success:
The position requires adaptability, with a 35-hour workweek that adjusts to the principals’ schedule and property demands.

- Proven track record in housekeeping and property oversight.

- Advanced in English; Spanish proficiency is essential
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility in work schedule to fulfil the property and principals’ requirements.
