We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team of housekeepers at a fully staffed household in Kensington.
The household consists of a family of two adults and two children who are native English speakers. The team is currently made up of four housekeepers and a permanent laundress, and the total staff size is around 20 people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the household, including tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry. They will also be required to travel with the family on occasion, including trips to Switzerland during school holidays and occasional trips to the Maldives and Dubai. A daily travel allowance will be provided for these trips. The candidate should have the ability to travel freely within Europe.
The working hours for this position are 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 9pm, and 10am to 6pm, on a rota basis. Although the contract is for 10 hours per day, 5 days per week, staff are currently only working 8 hours per day as per the shift schedule. Uniform and lunch will be provided when a chef is on duty.
