Housekeeper – Either Live in or Live Out – Surrey
International family (2 adults and grown-up children who occasionally visit) looking for Housekeeper for a beautiful and recently fully renovated large estate in Surrey. Team of 7 interior staff and 9 or so external/grounds staff.
HK must have really solid experience, preferably a super yacht background and highly fluent English speaker.
Exceptional team player, very hands-on in approach to work, driver (due to location but not required for work purposes). Dog friendly as there is a dog in the house.
Principals live there as their main residence.
The role is in principal 8 hrs per day, 5 days per week. Some weekends are required (not all weekends) but days off will then be 2 consecutive days during the week.
The team consists of 5 housekeepers, 1 House Manager, 1 chief of staff plus exterior/grounds staff & security.
The family are easygoing, and down to earth but with very high standards. They are fair and respectful to their staff and seek staff to stay long-term.
The interview process will be an initial video interview followed by face to face meeting.
The role is either live in or live out.
Salary circa £40,000 gross per year negotiable.
